When am I charged for an order?

Your credit card is charged when the order is filled. If part of an order is back ordered, you are charged for the cost of the shipped items. When the backordered items are sent, you are billed only for those additional items plus their shipping charges.

Do we charge sales tax?

All prices and services include 21% Belgian VAT.

How to Return Product

1. Within 1 day of receipt of your shipment, you may return this product. Please use the return shipping label which was provided on the packing slip that was included with your order. For your protection, please ship with proof of delivery. If your package is lost in return shipment and if it cannot be tracked, we cannot replace it or refund your purchase. If you do not have a packing slip, please email us at aftersales@janrom.com 

2. If you are returning the product due to a problem with your order, or if you require a replacement product, please email us at aftersales@janrom.com

3. A refund (to the credit card used for the original order) in the amount of the product will be issued within 14 business days upon receipt of your package(s). Note: Unless the return is the result of our error, a refund will not be issued for any shipping charges incurred.

4. To exchange an item, please return your item and then place a new order for the item you wish to receive. All returns will be credited back to the card for which they were purchased. Please do not request exchanges in your returned package.
